Liars. They delivered a bunk bed from NC to here in CA. Their drivers forgot to give us one of the boxes. Did not realize until both beds were assembled side by side in my daughter's tiny bedroom. Couldn't stack the beds without the missing pieces. I called the retailer, Mercantila and Lazy Boy the manufacturer trying to get the missing parts. Stay away from them also, we ordered this bed on Aug 30th, did not arrive until Nov 28th. Great Western called a week later said they found this box. Gary there told me his boss gave him permission to ship it out UPS on Dec. 5th Lie#1. I called back Dec. 12th, he said the President dropped it off that day himself, the 12th. What happened to the 5th? Then they gave me a bogus UPS tracking Lie#2. What the cheap Prez did was ship it via Star Trucking Lines. Which means we won't see it for another week at least. That is 3 weeks since they delivered and forgot the box. Don't trust them.
