Founded in 1982, The Piedmont School is a nonprofit organization that provides educational services to students with learning disabilities and attention deficit disorder. The school enrolls students in kindergarten through grade 12. It provides educational services to more than 2,000 students. The Piedmont School operates a parent-teacher organization and student council. The school provides classes in reading, science, social studies, art, writing, math, and computer and physical education. It also offers drama and music classes. The school provides tutoring services, as well as publishes a newsletter. It has a media center that includes a variety of books. The school s staff includes a secretary and treasurer.
