      I took in a sub-woofer for a computer speaker system that wasn't getting any power. After five days of not calling me back, he said "can't get part" and wouldn't explain what was wrong with it. He didn't even take any screws out to look inside to run any test. Charged me $15. Will not be going back.

      I had to write a review on this company, because people should know how honest they are. I bought a 30 GB laptop hard drive from them (used), and after installation in my laptop, I couldn't format it due to 60-70% of the drive's media being damaged. They apologized profusely, and even gave me a free upgrade to another used drive (40 GB) at no extra cost to me. These people are in business to make money, but will do what is necessary to give you a good and fair deal.
