Mike Mullen & the employees of CVS Pharmacy are all absolutely amazing. I can not express enough thanks for their patience, hard work, and selflessness in going above and beyond for me--a first time customer. When over the holiday weekend, I ran out of my anti-depressant medication, I thought at first I would be fine until Tuesday (since all pharmacies and my doctor's office were closed on Monday). By Saturday night, I realized I was in trouble; by Sunday I was miserable; by Monday I was as sick as I've ever been. Mr. Mullen had never met or seen me before and was not only welcoming, but dedicated to calling doctor after doctor to find a way to help me get a few days of my prescription to ease my symptoms. I've never been so frantic or felt so ill before, and I was really scared. Mr. Mullen and others were sweet and very calming. They worked for over an hour making phone calls until they got me some medicine. An hour later, my nightmare was over. I can't say thank you enough! -Jenn N.
