Do not support this business. They have highly immoral hiring practices and promise employees positions and do not fulfill their promises. When I contacted them regarding my displeasure I was met with a very conflictive and immature owner , David C. Who proceeded to mock me and mental Illness. I have saved the screenshots of those. Mental illness is serious and shouldn't be used as a defensive tactic joke. As a business and an adult you should be able to handle negative comments constructively . When he saw his negative comments weren't making an impact he felt the need to directly target my business. I have experience with the hiring practices of his business. I have never and would never service the owner David C. Or any other individual who thinks it's ok to berade customers, and make fun of serious health conditions.Also, They are a breed biased facility and I would never do business with them. There are plenty of other highly qualified facilities.

A dog's best friend is Carolina Air Canine. It's about accommodating the dogs, not so much about quirky, not-so-well-adjusted dog owners. Any relatively well-adjusted dog will LOVE this place. Doggy heaven!

AVOID THIS PLACE! The bad thing is the owner. I have used this place before - and on this occasion, THEIR staff miscommunicates to me their policy / price. I only stopped to get my dogs nails trimmed. Was told because of the time of day, that I should let my dog stay overnight, and only be charged the same price as the current day, since they weren't going to be able to get to my dogs nails quickly anyway. I asked 3 times about the price and was told the same thing 3 times. Arrived the following day to pick up my dog - and was told the price was going to be for 2 days. I explained what was told to me the prior day - and was met with "I don't know what to tell you - I wasn't here yesterday" After 10 minutes of debating, I was charged what I was originally told. NOW the fun begins. The owner calls me and leaves an unbelievably rude voicemail - stating I owe him $25, and he doesn't know what the problem is, and there's no gray area. - How about you get the facts before you f
