Hicksville High School is a public secondary school providing education to students in grades nine through 12. The school is located in Hicksville, N.Y., and is a part of the Hicksville Union Free School District. The school offers various college preparatory courses, including English, math, language arts, foreign languages, science, modern languages, and business and social studies. Additionally, it provides technology, physical, special, vocational and driver s education programs. The school also offers various advanced placement and honors programs in American history, economics, government and politics, visual arts and band. It offers a wide range of athletic programs, including football, bowling, track, gymnastics basketball, cross country, tennis and softball. Hicksville High School also offers a wide range of activities programs, such as music, band, choir and jazz. It also has a media center and offers various clubs, such as math, ecology and robotics clubs, Science Olympiad and the National Art Honor Society.
