Located at Body Balance II in downtown Hickory, we offer a variety of services and specialize in massage and bodywork. Our goal is to enhance health and well-being, and to foster mind-heart-body wholeness. Our primary service is therapeutic massage and bodywork, including Swedish relaxation massage, deep tissue massage, neuromuscular therapy, hot stones massage, craniosacral therapy, Somatoemotional release, lymphatic drainage, Usui and Karuna Reiki, polarity therapy, touch for health kinesiology, theta healing, aromatherapy and other healing services. We strive to individualize our massages for specific needs of each client. We also lead retreats, Enneagram workshops, and offer life coaching.
