      He is in network with my insurance but refused to take the disallowence- made me pay over $400 for my first visit. Dr Miles STINKS!!!! AND SO DOES HIS POLICIES!!!!!@ AVOID THIS DO CALLED DOCTOR!!!!! HE DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR FOR A RATING!!!!!
