Our therapists approach each individual with respect for who they are and what they might dream to become. We seek to Motivate our clients to achieve goals that are truly their own. We work together with them to make changes in behaviors, thoughts, and emotions that enable them to Create a life with more peace and fulfillment. We succeed when our clients Succeed. The following lists are but a brief example of what we treat and a few descriptive techniques that your therapist may use in your treatment. New Directions' commitment is to treating families in the communities in which we live. We treat relationship issues, work on parenting skills, marital issues, and children/adult disorders such as depression, ADHD, anxiety, and autism spectrum disorders. Our focus is on outpatient counseling with the vast majority of our clients needing no other services. If, however, at some point, other services are needed, we will refer to those services that may better serve you.
