I was in need of an oil change on my 2012 Honda CR-V, so I called to set up an appointment. They were are to schedule me for that afternoon. Joshua Huffman handled my service needs in an excellent manner. I appreciate the quick service.

I work 6 days a week so when my car died on me i did not think i had many options but i started looking online anyway. I clicked on a few cars I liked for more information and got a call back within 15 minutes and set up a time to test drive the next day after work. I met with Andrew Courtney the next evening who was very helpful and understanding of my busy schedule and urgent need of a vehicle. I left that evening with the car. However, this gentleman has went above and beyond, he happened to see me come in the main office a few days later and made it a point to call and make sure everything was ok; which it was I was there to pick up my tag. Also a few days later I did have an issue and had to bring it in to the service dept, he called me that evening as well to see if they figured out what was wrong with the car. So as I said above and beyond and I have been nothing but pleased with the service I have received!

My car recently had a bad battery and kept dying on me. Steven Gouge got me in and changed out the same day that I called about it and at a really reasonable price. I had checked with a few parts stores that were slightly higher and don't have the service of dropping you off and picking you up. They were very accommodating of my time frame as well. I am really appreciative of the courtesy and professionalism I encountered!

When I make my appointments, I have always ask and scheduled my visits with Wes Boyles for my car service needs. Mr. Boyles is such a professional, kind, caring person who always makes sure that I receive excellent care. As an administrator for the past 30 years, I know the value of staff that both enjoy what they do and how much they love their job as evidenced with the personal care and excellent service that myself and all the customers receive. A shout out as well to Ms. Hilderbran who regularly checks on each person waiting and follows up with an explanation as to the length of their wait. Finally, there is a Honda Dealership approximately 5 minutes from my home, however, I have purchased 4 cars from Hickory dealership because the kind service I receive and personal care given by Mr.. Boyles, Ms. Hilderbran, and every member of the Honda of Hickory staff !

Service was great. Easy to schedule an appointment. I used the shuttle service which is a great service, but it was kind of hard to work out a scheduled return pickup. Maybe just a communication clitch. Thank you!
