Not happy at ALL!!

One of my tire went flat and busted, so I decided to take it to this place. When I called, the man said that it would be just 15 minutes for them to replace only ONE TIRE. I decided to go there, and it took over an hour just to fix one FREAKING tire. Even the guy that got there after me replace all four of his tires and got out before me. I was really upset. At least have the decency to come tell me that they were having trouble with it. Instead, they let me wait it out for an hour wondering why it took so long. There was no one at the front counter, only a lady who handles paperwork in the office.

I am NEVER EVER going there again. I do not recommend anyone go to this place ever.

Carrie you don't seem to know alot of detail about anything..Ive been going to this place for years, an this doesnt seem like anything they would do! If they did something that was their fault.. then you wouldnt have charged anything! They can't do anything to your car without your consent! Sounds to me you got a nail in your tire an mabey they pluged or patched it! that has happen to me before after buying a new tire..an thats not their fault! I have bought 3 sets of rims an also tires from there..The first time I ever went there I ran short of money.. but really wanted a set I seen! They got the owne..r he let me pay what I had on me..which was 400$ an added tires bc the rims I had were 16" an those were 18".He let me drive off owen him 600$ With no information on me! I paid him 2 weeks later! Every other time I go there he works with me on prices! They are good ppl! AN AREN'T HURTING FOR MONEY.. EXPECIALLY NOT NO 30$

Not happy at all I bought used tires for my car, Did NOT give em a receipt, I kinda thought that was weird but then the tires didnt even last 2 months !

Bob killians tire is one of the worst places i have ever encountered. I went there to get new tires, when i left my tire light was on. I go to school full time and work full time i dont have time to keep going there to see what the problem is when they should have fixed it the first time. I went there to see why my tire kept going flat after i got BRAND NEW TIRES and they took it back and apparently they had done something without my permission and then came out and told me that i owe them 30 dollars. I had rent due that week power cable car payment i didnt have money to just hand them 30 dollars without my consent i would have waited until i had the money, now im looking at my bank account and they charged me 35, 35 may not seem alot to you but when it takes 30 to fill up my car its alot, now im left with an empty tank of gas to last me the week because they charged me without my consent and also more then they said they were going to charge me. Do not ever go there!
