Very Bad place to Live! I lived here for a year and a half so I should know. For starters, No Fulltime maintance Man. Mgr. is never there. And when ever she is there, she makes false promises to your face. Very High priced for the run down place. Noisy partying neighbors get good treatment. Bad place for Kids if you have any.

I have tried several times to contact the manager to inquire about my deposit. I moved out about 4 months ago and still have not received my refund. The manager does not return calls and it looks like I may need to explore my legal options in order to obtain my deposit or at least get a return phone cal. Does anyone know who owns Country View Apartments? I was told corporate is out of Nebraska but I can't find info anywhere.

The best place to live in Hiawatha. Great people, wonderful view.
