DR. ANNE M. LANGGUTH â?? CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA CITY AND WATERLOO PEDIATRIC OPHTHALMOLOGIST & STRABISMUS SPECIALIST Anne M. Langguth, M.D. was raised in Iowa City and has aspired to become a physician from an early ageâ??even crafting her own white coat from one of her fatherâ??s old white dress shirts and designing a medical school diploma to be displayed on her bedroom wall. Dr. Langguth is a board-certified pediatric ophthalmologist which allows her to draw upon her interests and skills as a patient educator, advocate, clinician and surgeon to provide sight-saving care for children and families.
