A division of IGD Industries, Alliance Claims Solutions, also known as ACS, provides a variety of claims administration services for the property and casualty markets and automotive and insurance industries. Founded in 1989, the company operates a call center that employs more than 50 people who specialize in the areas of auto physical damage, marketing and accounting. It maintains a database of over 5,500 shops and offers after-hour claims reporting and statement taking and transcription services. Alliance Claims Solutions converts recorded interviews from CD format to text format. The company utilizes the Mitchell Ultramate software to review estimates and negotiate with selected shops. It has partnerships with Mitchell International, Black Box Corporation and Tele-Interpreters.
