More than 4 hours waiting.
I had an appointment for 12pm. At 4:30 the doctor came to see me. Because I asked him why they take appointments for 12 if they can only see you 4 hours later. He was so upset with the question and yelled that I did not the right to question him because he is the doctor. I was just asking to give all patients information. I hope the medical board could do something regarding that. It is unacceptable considering the number of elderlies waiting for him.
