Doctor Sanchez is the type of doctor who shares his practice with other less qualified doctors. To get an appointment with Mr. Sanchez himself is near impossible. After years of bad service and sticking to his practice due to him being my families primary doctor for years, I tried to make one last attempt at actually meeting with Mr. Sanchez himself. This is how it went: As in most doctors offices I was put to wait about an hour for the Doctor to actually get to me. When he finally stepped into the office without even greeting me he began to ask what was the problem. As I began to explain my medical situation he didn't even bother to take a moment to even look me in the face and acknowledge my presence. He seemed more inclined to get in and out of there as quickly as possible. Didn't even bother to listen to what I had going on when he stated " That is not what it says you came for, so you need to make another appointment, after I was already there??" What kind of doctor does this?

According to your staff this doctor doesnt call his patients or receive calls from patients. Fix your staff attitude; because they are making you look BAD (Especially if a patient needs a call from you, we talking about a human life) also be for flexible with your patients appointments
