Not only did they give me old ROCK hard stale bread for my steak sandwiches but they thought I was stupid enough to think it was "toasted" bread...really . Since when do you toast the bread for Pan con bistec BEFORE you make the sandwich. When the lady cut the bread to slice it in half it sounded like a saw going thru wood... Is that fresh bread??? Not only did my mother and I tell her we could tell from where we were standing that it was stale bread but she then proceeded to grab another one for the 2nd sandwich!!! Because I was in a hurry to get my 1yr old home and out of the night sky I did not argue when I was given the sandwiches that I had prepaid but as I walked out I even told my mother as soon as I left the baby home with his dad I'd be back to return the sandwiches. When I get back with the bag of sandwiches that I had not even taken out of the bag they then offer to change the bread for the sandwiches....no thanks, you couldn't do it right the first time what makes you think I'm gonna trust you with that again. When I asked for my money back they said the policy was once the food was out the door it was non refundable. I asked where was the notice on the wall claiming that because if I had seen it I would not have moved from there! They said they did not need to put up that sign and that the person in charge to help with my issue was not there and I'd have to come back the next day.....their acting manager just stood there with a dumb look on her face, shrugged her shoulders and said there was nothing she could do. Well there was something I could do.....as I left I called my bank and disputed the charge and had the money back in my account. Last time I EVER buy from that nasty place!!!! Lo barato sale carro!!!!!!
