What can I say about this company other than extremely professional and knowledgeable. Rick and his staff had my tv up and working again within 2 days of me bringing it in. Where to start? After almost being ripped off by another tv repair man(who wanted to charge us triple what we ended up paying), we stumbled across TV Guy on google. We gave TV Guy a call and from the get go we were struck with professionalism and patience. We urgently made an appointment and Rick showed up at our door step the very next day. He was very patient with us and explained the repair every step of the way (never condescending, like are previous repair man was). He reassured us he would fix our TV no matter what and voila! We have a perfectly working tv less than a week later. The repair that had to be done was intricate and time consuming but unlike other repair guys no job is too big or small for TV Guy! Rick and his team of professionals were not only reliable, down to earth and an over all joy but also very professional and organized. He is worth every penny!
