      Losurdo makes a variety of "Italian" cheeses which are sold to the foodservice trade, not at retail outlets. They also produce "cheese curds" which are only sold locally through one outlet, Picken's General Store in the village of Heuvelton. A stop at Picken's for a bag of fresh curds which arrive at noon on Thursday, is well worth a trip.
