      Business History
      Simonton Enterprises is a family business that was started by my Grandfather in the early 70's on a sales lot in San Bernardino, CA. where my father learned the business. In 1993 I began learning the business with my father and took it over in 2005. Since then I have installed many new homes in the high desert area and installed thousands of permanent foundations. 2 years ago I began selling new manufactured homes and am now the only place in the high desert where you can buy a new home, have all permits obtained / fees processed and have all construction necessary performed to pas final inspection. But best of all I am the only person you will have to deal with from start to finish.
