We loved going to to Paw Spa up until recently. We called and they we're busy and asked us to call back in so many hours because they had plenty of dogs to take care of. My poor dog gets ear infections really easily, so we needed them done that day(takes 2 minutes and called the night before). When I called back she was really rude and said she would call back when she finished. She never called back, and my dog suffered all day. It wouldn't have been a problem if she had called us back and couldn't take her that day, we would have taken her somewhere else if we had known. I will not go back because I don't want my dog to suffer again.

These guys are good. Cheap isn't always best, but in my case it was. Staff seemed very nice, and overly concerned for my satisfaction. I did a walk in, not knowing what to expect or how long this would be. Ran to get my own haircut and something to eat. My dog was done before I was. My dog can come inside, I did not spend a fortune, so we're both happy. Thanks again Paw Spa

Finally found the right pet groomers. The Paw Spa is clean and the staff friendly. The prices are reasonable. I have a small dog and he was out in less than 2 hours. I had a special request on how I wanted him trimmed and when they were done it was to my satisfaction. If I need his nails trimmed every few weeks I can just bring him in and they will trim them for me at a reasonable price. I have tried other groomers and even a mobile groomer but was never quite satisfied with the way they handled him. My little guy came out smelling and looking great. I would definitely recommend giving them a try. You can see them grooming your animal and if you have a special request they listen and try to accommodate you. I am done looking for my dogs groomer he is going to the Paw Spa from now on.
