They had replaced the front of my house with windows. First they put windows with no metals frames in them?? the original windows had the white metal frames and asked to have them the same so that was my first issue.. I had to pay extra to have them replaced!! then I had one window opening and two stationary windows which I asked to have the opening window stationary and put the stationary windows so they can open. They said no problem.. But it became a bit problem they never opened properly and they won't stay up... and they will not fix them.. So I had another company to replace the back of my house window and my bathrooms windows which diversified said they couldn't do so I would never ever use them again!! The custormer service is terrible it was the daughter of the owner that helped me and she was rude!

We want to tell you how happy we are with our Milgard Retrofit Windows. I felt compelled to tell you how impressed we were with the whole process of getting replacement windows. From start to finish this was by far the nicest experience we can recall with doing business with any company, large or small. You made our decision easy and we felt like you listened to us and provided exactly what we wanted without a bit of pressure. When the window arrived we were notified and given an open schedule to choose from. WOW! When Wes & Chris came to install our windows they were the most professional, polite, pleasant guys we have ever dealt with. The fact that you (Tim) showed up personally to check on how the job was going was so impressive & nice! You all made us feel like family, what a beautiful thing in this busy world.
