Its area of operations include: the Inland Empire area of Riverside and San Bernardino counties; the Santa Clarita and Antelope Valley area of Los Angeles county; and the Coachella, Imperial and Palo Verde Valley areas of Riverside county. Cooley Construction serves the public sector by concentrating on construction and improvements for streets, highways, military and civil projects. It also serves the public sector by providing site preparation, infrastructure and improvements for commercial, industrial and subdivision projects.
