We had a bad experience at out previous vet and had to try someone new. We were very nervous about this but Quality Care handled our pets issues with care and resolved the problem quickly. We recommend this animal hospital to anyone in need of a professional and caring vet.

I give them NO stars. The thing made me though. The absolute WORST animal hospital in Southern Illinois. They are terrified of my dog, who is the nicest dog I've ever known. He just doesn't like being held down or picked up, which is exactly what they do. They talk to us like we are stupid. They will yell at your animal. They don't seem like they know what they're doing. I didn't like the dr at first and liked the assistant, but now I can't stand either one. Especially the assistant. No dog should bleed the amount of blood that my dog did for a nail trim. Needless to say, I will never step foot into that facility again. Rude people, who are scared and terrible at their job.
