I have been with Central Services for sixteen years and they have provided the maintenance on my heating and cooling system and hot water heater for that amount of time. They even replaced everything three years ago because the systems were beginning to fail and I believe in prevention rather than having to deal with an emergency. Scott was wonderful. He was very polite, professional and courteous. He completed his work quietly and efficiently and made sure the cat did not get out. He pointed out two problems which could have been major if left unattended. The water valve on the hot water heater had been leaking. He took my suggestion to get the parts from a nearby plumbing supply house rather than go all the way back to Herndon. He was able to fix the problem immediately. He also noted a potential gas leak from my gas meter next to the air conditioner and notified me of it. There WAS a gas leak and because of his diligence, it is now fixed. Overall, great Company!

My husband and I bought a new top of the line Carrier heat pump from Central Services in 2009. Karla Lynn was our sales rep at the time. Although the system worked well, the outside unit was unbelievably noisy and often kept me awake at night with it's loud high-pitched humming, screeching and clunking sounds. We complained about it for years, and Karla stayed in touch with me, all that time, trying to arrive at a satisfactory resolution. After 4 years of unsuccessful "fixes", she was finally able to convince Central Services to do the right thing and replace the unit at their cost, even though the manufacturer STILL wanted to try different fixes for their well-known (as I later came to find out) "moose-call" noise problem. Thanks to Karla's continual advocacy our behalf, we finally got a new and blessedly quiet unit. We also wish to thank Tim Justice, who went above and beyond at installation to ensure our satisfaction. I would have given them 5 stars if it hadn't taken 4 years.

Central Services is a great company. I've been with them for many years. Kevin is an excellent representative of this company. He is professional, very knowledgeable and courteous. He did a thorough examination of my a/c and advised me of all the items that he thought were of concern. In addition, Kevin provided a complete list and explanation of alternatives to solve the problems. I was very pleased with his visit and would be happy to have him service my a/c unit in the future.

I had my air conditioner replaced. The crew showed up right on time and the work they did looks good as well as works as it should. They did not leave a mess and they treated my home with respect. I did receive a small dent in my gutter from a ladder but considering how much wieght was on the ladder (my AC is on the roof) I guess I can't complain too much. The workers were professional and did not waste their time or my time but I still feel the work was thorough. I have had a strange noise develop with my new system but the company has kept their word on insuring I am satisfied with the new system. I will definately consider doing business with them in the future.

Scott is an excellent technician both installing and servicing my new A/C and furnace. He is very neat in the installation process and exhibit a complete command of the equipment he is dealing with. He answer all questions effectively and he inspire confidence in the company for which he works. I highly recommend Scott and Central Services.
