I was there this evening. I just four food items. They charged me 6% tax. In Virginia, food items are currently taxed at 2.50% of the total food amount. When I brought it to there attention, they said they will check with their accountant. This is clear violation of the Virginia Use & Sales Tax law. Please check your receipt and don't pay 6% tax on food items.
