The Montreal Maine and Atlantic Railway, established in 2003, owns and operates more than 745 route miles of track, serving customers in Maine, Vermont and New Jersey. It operates over 25 trains with mainline operations conducted daily between Madawaska and Searsport, Maine, and between Brownville Junction, Maine and Montreal, Quebec. The company also provides access to port facilities on the Atlantic at New Brunswick, Canada and Searsport, Maine. The services offered to the customers include arrival notifications, car billing and tracing, car ordering, demurrage, diversions, forwarding and reconsignments.
