We should have walked out! Our 7yr old daughter saw the commerical for the chocolate fountain and went on for a week which prompted our visit to the Hermitage GC. 1. Our attempts to locate a clean table led us to the table nearest to the depository for all the food scraps. 2. Our search for clean plates and flatware required inspection of each peice and if lucky we took our third selection. 3. The floors (both the carpet and tile) felt coated with some sort of grime even through our shoes. 4. We went to the cashier desk to ask for refills and were told we should as our server; we never had a server attend our table during our stay. 5. The baked potatoes when unwrapped and cut open, were a dark color that I had never seen before and only matched by the bizarre taste! My daughter had pizza which I thought would be safe since nothing was floating in it as compared to the corn, carrots, and most other dishes that my wife and I attempted to choose. Honest to God don't you enter these doors.... my sweet tea had worms or something because floating object were in my drink so I just telling you guys how what's up...

Do NOT recommend, the salad bar was almost empty, 3 bowls of for lettuce were empty :( Ordered a drink at the beginning, was given a glass with ice & told our server would get the drink for us. We didn't see the server until we had already carried our it to the server station to get a drink. A female came by and cleared the table behind us, & still didn't introduce herself, or ask if we needed anything, She sat down beside us and begin texting underneath the table, then got up and went out to smoke. If she was not our server, we didn't see one at all. I went to get us a refill and the lady there asked where we were sitting, & I showed her, but, still no service. Most all of the bar was missing food, with 2 hours left to be open. Very disappointed. I do not give this business a star but, will not let me post without selecting a star.

My family and I have had a great experience each time we've visited. The place was always cleanand the food was always good and of the right temperature. The staff has always been friendly and always willing yo meet our needs. The buffet was always clean. I would highly recommend this location.
