Larry and his staff are very nice and professional during the initial consultation and while the work is being completed. They always returned our calls and answered any questions in a friendly manner. Upon completion we asked for a detailed invoice. It was at that point they became very rude and defensive. All we were told is "We are Professionals and feel insulted that you would ask for this". They refused to comply and remained very defensive. Be very careful when dealing with these people. They may be professionals through their training and certifications, but display no professionalism. I will never use his services again....
