I'm not the type to write a bad review unless it's warranted. My experience in the Captain D's in Hermitage this afternoon was less than welcoming. I have a customer related business myself and strive to accommodate to the best of my ability, but it seems that if there isn't a "button" to push for a certain item, in this case a simple Salmon sandwich, it couldn't be done. Why? Instead they wanted to charge me for the whole meal, which I didn't want. I've gotten this item many times before, but it couldn't happen today. My suggestion is to think outside the box next time. They could have possibly lost a customer due to not accommodating my desire simply because there wasn't a button to push. Not a very good economic judgment.

Tonight's meal 6/62014 was awful. The crab was underdone the shrimp hard and chewy. When I took it back an asked for new shrimp the counter person looked at me like I was an alien and said "Say what?"When she brought it to me in the nearly empty dining rm. she said "Is this yours?" I come here every couple months. This was my worst experience, salty "service", poor food.
