Established in 1927 by a group of Youngstown, Ohio, businessmen, Regency Finance Company and its affiliates have experienced growth that has taken the company well beyond the boundaries of its industrial area into many small communities in three states where it serves the financial needs of thousands of consumers. Acquired in 1974 by F.N.B. Corporation, a bank holding company, Regency has continued to expand its selection of loan products to accommodate the financial needs of the consumers it serves. The company maintains more than 50 locations throughout Pennsylvania, Ohio and Tennessee. Regency Finance Company maintains corporate headquarters in Warren, Ohio, with an office location in Hermitage, Pa.
