Bought a car there about 2 months ago, got a good deal on a good (so far) car. The sales man was ok, the customer service was horrible they never returned a phone call, I had to call there several times each time ending with them telling me I would get a call back soon. When the month rolled around and my temp tag was expiring the next day I called to ask if my tag had come in I was told that they had just sent the lady down to get my tag, when I asked why they waited to the 2nd to last day I was told the dmv had been very busy for the whole month and that I would get a phone call when she got back in a hour, I can not say I was in shock when 630 came and went and my phone did not go off. They next day I called and they said the dmv turned her around because they were to busy, and that she would do it today and I would get a phone call when she got back to the shop, I waited till 600 and called, I was told that I would have to wait and she would try again tomorrow, I then asked if he was going to be responsible if I get pulled over for a expired/not having a tag and if he was going to pay any fine I would receive seeing how in the month and a half they had to get the tag they neglected to do so. He got angry and said he would not. Long story short, I got a ok car at a ok price, but they make comcast customer service look good

By far the worse car dealer and company in augusta ga. Not only do Davon who is the owner of Dnk auto sales a lier and a cricket businessman but he do not sale safe vehicle. He has cars on his lot with unclean titles and structure damage to some of his cars. He is not a man of his word and ever since I have made the purchase of a vehicle from him i've had more problems with it then I do my 2001 vehicle. Overall I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I personally think one star is to many.

This business is an overall fair one but I have a situation where Davon the owner of the business made a verbal agreement with me and he said that if I pay off the vehicle that he would give me a car zero down. Weeks had went by and he gave me the run around. I simply said I didn't come here to be sold a dream I came to be sold a car. All of his employees thought this situation was funny and every time I would come they would meet me at the door saying he was not there. This is a solider in the U.S. Military and the mission of it Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honor, Integrity, and Personal Courage.
