This auto service is a cheating place, they only want to suck people's money doing all trick to attract you going there by fake reviews.

On 9/2/2014 they inspected my car which was only 46k miles, they told me that there was oil leak from the power steering pump in my HONDA ACCODA, when I asked them let me see it, a technician named Gorge showed me some oil on the pulley wheel of the power steering. My three fingers in left HAND were with oil after I touched the wheel. Then the Manager (Frankie) issued a quote for repairing the power steering pump for $279.77 before tax.

After they did the above and returned my car to me, I opened the hood of my Honda Accoda. I found no oil on the pulley wheel anymore. Then I went to two auto services, there two managers and a technician told me that the oil on the pulley was done intentionally by Gorge, my Honda Accoda should pass the inspection. After 9/3/2014, I drove my Honda accoda to Thousand Islands for 5 days vacation. Then I went to another gargae and I got my inspection on 7/10/2013 without any problem.

Shame on Frankie T's Auto. I am writing this report to MDV by filling a VS35 form. I could not believe we have such a cheating place in Rochester, NY.

Not what I expected after reading the other reviews and choosing this shop based on the good reviews and it's location. I called them in the morning, needing an inspection, asking them if they could fit me in on the same day and they said, "YEAH! WE CAN SQUEEZE YOU IN. COME ANYTIME BETWEEN 3 and 6." Strange. I planned to do some shopping and get some work done in the area while they inspected it, as I live about 30 minutes away. I finally get to the shop at 3 o'clock, the time I was told to come, and I'm rudely told by a man sitting at the desk after he asks someone in the back; "NO. Thursday." Totally taken aback, I simply said thanks and left. I wouldn't have driven a half hour to a shop if the person hadn't told me they'd be able to inspect my car. If I worked there I also would have apologized on the behalf of the employee who wrongly told me that they'd have an opening. I didn't expect to find many shops that would be able to take me on the same day but a shop should at least be able to tell someone calling if they have openings or not. By the way the shop is a pig sty and the worker was callous and rude.

Very honest and will go the extra mile to make sure your car is safe to drive. The best in Henrietta!

Unbelievably honest and helpful. Broken down after hours, on a rainy night far from home, and Frankie had us back on the road within an hour. He dropped everything to diagnose then fix the problem, and only charged us half an hour for labor. Who does that these days?!?! Great mechanic and great guy....and we're so grateful. Thanks Frankie!!

Outstanding Service. They really helped us when we really needed it. we were broken down 600 miles from home. they fixed our car perfectly & for less than they quoted. THANKS FRANKIE
