  If your insurance requires a referral for treatment/procedures that are done outside your primary care physicians office you will need to schedule your appointment far enough in advance to allow us no less than 48 hours to obtain the referral. We have a voice message system on our referral line that will walk you through the request process. If you have questions please call our office between 9AM-2PM Monday-Friday to speak with our referral coordinator.

  Dr. Ashe is our current Medical Director and President of the Corporation. Dr. Ashe has been treating patients in this office since 1988. He was Board Certified in 1988 by the American Board of Family Medicine, and recertified in July 2009.
