Located in Richmond, Va., Nuckols Farm Elementary School serves students in kindergarten through fifth grade. It operates a library and media center that offers various resources and programs, including accelerated reader programs. Additionally, its students in kindergarten through second grade participate in the statewide program, Virginia Young Readers. It offers a range of programs, such as a gifted and talented program, reading recovery program, bilingual education, regional day school and summer enrichment program. The school has a parent-teacher association that organizes various fundraising activities that include assembly programs, scholastic book fairs and school spirit nights. Its academic curriculum includes special education, reading, art, math, science, social studies and physical education. Nuckols Farm Elementary School is a part of Henrico County Public Schools.
