I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Was promised a fridge and washer to be delivered to my house a week later with a $100 delivery fee and the day came they never showed up. Called the next day and was told it had been sold to someone else and they would find me another one. I wont hold my breath. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

This place has great prices - that's the only nice thing I will say. I got a washer and dryer set for $400, my dryer stopped working the day I brought I home. I called for a total of 3 days to have someone come out and look It, we set days and times for someone to come out and when the day came NO ONE CAME, finally at 9:45pm that night the maitenencs man called and said something came up and we rescheduled for the next day at 12noon. Well the next day came around and NO ONE CAME once again, so my husband started to do his research and fixed it himself. I don't recommend this place to anyone, you're better off buying your appliances new. The customer service is disgustingly unprofessional. I called the owner several times and left numerous voicemails on his personal phone and have yet heard back 3 days later.

Bought 3 appliances for a great price (a fridge, a washer, and a dryer) in what seemed to be an honest transaction. Delivery was a hassle (free delivery, then $65 for delivery, then $80 for delivery, and finally was harassed into $100 for delivery from the delivery guys who supposedly did not work for East End Wholesale), and I felt a little misled (on the delivery guys were rude on the phone but had cheered up by the time they arrived). I was told I lived "farther away" than expected ... I'm not from Richmond, so locals should know their own city! I shouldn't have to pay for their inability to use GPS. Upon delivery and installation, the fridge compressor knocks like it's on its last legs by how loud it is when the cooling cycle shuts off and our dryer drum motor seems to be on its way out as it refuses to work intermittently regardless of the size of the load. So, buy at your own risk. The price is right ... it just helps if you're handy with appliances despite the 60 day warranty. Don't expect anyone to be in a hurry to help.Also, don't bother callingtheir voice message box is always full and no one ever answers.

Prices are great, but in the end the appliances are used, but they people are friendly and helpful. Great place to get a quick used appliance with a guarantee for a good price

"I'm still waiting for my guys to get here". Then they say they don't deliver after I bought it. Too much running around for a business. The prices are good. But their customer service is awful. Don't go unless you have a reliable driver to pick up your appliances.
