The employees act like they're better than you, they don't listen nor do they care about your time. They will tell you they're working on things and making calls to get things done and it's 100% not true. I can see why the Brook Road location went out of business. I suppose they think they can treat you like dirt and tell you what to do just because they know you have no where else to turn when it comes to needing financial help. Still sitting here and just witnessed them treat a third customer with the same rude service I'm receiving.
