Let me start by saying that Ray is a very personable and friendly gentlemen. The crab cake was delicious made with real crab and little or no fillers - I'm from NOLA so I know a good crab cake when I eat one. However, I thought it was a bit overpriced as it was served on a hamburger bun with a side of Lays chips. My cajun potato salad would have been a more appetizing side. I would go back if more items were added to the menu.
