This shop is great!!!! You have to know who to go to when getting what you want, but they are very nice and accommodating. I got my hair highlighted and cut and I have not recieved this many compliment about my hair ever, and they are still coming. The price was great!! I have had my done at a "real salon" as some people say, and it has been way overpriced and when they highlighted my hair I had cheetah spots where the bleach had bleed and the stylist didn't even tell me. It was horrible... so a bigger names salon is not always better! This Fantastic Sams store will always have my business.

When I asked for a one layer cut the stylist cut many short layers! It will take a year to grow out again. Do yourself a favor, go to a real salon!

Spend the extra money and go to a real salon. My hair is one length took me a year to get it that way. Girl said usual one length and proceeded to layer it!
