My friend and I were getting pedicures. We were told one price until we told them we had a coupon and then the price went up!! When we paid we still didn't understand why the change but didn't want to cause a scene so we paid. When we got home we called to see if we could figure out why we were charged so much and we got one excuse after another. Needless to say we will NEVER go back!!

I love this place! Whenever I go in there they are always so kind and friendly, although I have had one bad experience, they fixed my nails for free!! It was awesome!!!

I went to this salon on 3 occasions, trying 3 different nail techs thinking I would find a good one but I was wrong. The last time I went in I was told to sit at a certain techs table and she went into the back room and ate lunch while I sat there when she emerged she packed up her entire station, obviously mad at what ever, and left me sitting. The manager acted as if he didn't see anything. By this time I had spent an hour there waiting. NOT AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! J in Hendersonville
