General Info

Office Hours are by appointment; Counseling Sessions are 45-50 minutes in length. I specialize in helping adults who are trauma survivors ready to work on improving their lives and managing secondary issues such as anxiety, anger, addictions, depression, and panic attacks (among others). Trauma can be large or small: assault, abuse, neglect, & injury, and can be physical and/or emotional. I help people regain control of their emotions and their lives.
