I hate to see the negative reviews of this shop for they are the ONLY place I will take my car. This shope SAVED me $10,000 after I took my car to anothr shop over an anti-freeze like smell. The first shop took about five minutes, didn't hardly look at my car, and told me I had a clown head gasket. Knowing I didn't have enough wear, much less enough mileage on my car for such a repair I took it to K&S and they went over my engine with a "fine tooth comb" as the saying goes, ran it on the diagnostic machine and when that came up negative found a loose fitting on a hose the other place didn't even look for, tightened it, the smell instantly went away and my car runs like a charm. I have been using them for nearly three years now and have never had one negative experience.

A veritable CROOK. Would NOT honor HIS OWN warranty. Spent over $1000 with this shop; vehicle was not repaired correctly as sub-standard parts were used. Contacted MULTIPLE times and owner was either out of office, with another client, busy, I think you get the idea. Once he received payment, at the time of repair, he no longer was a "nice guy". He did replace the part about one month after the repair after putting me off for that month. When the part went bad YET AGAIN is when he started ducking me. All correspondence with this shop has been via Certified mail as I anticipate a Small Claims case to arise from my experience. After $1000, my vehicle is still not repaired, the owner REFUSES to speak with me at all. I am in no way a "difficult customer", but after this much money and his obvious avoidance of me, SOMEONE out there has to reinstill my faith in solely-owned repair shops. All I can say is CAVEAT EMPTOR. If I could leave LESS than a 1 Star rating, I definitely would...
Each time the original component he replaced for my electronics went bad I was told it was something else, hence another bill. The original problem was never corrected. I've since had my vehicle to the Ford Dealership and was enlightened as to what the real problem was. For $100, 1/5 of what this "Repair Shop" initially charged, everything is now working as it should. Beware, and do yourself a favor and shop around.
