We are a general practice law firm which concentrates in Real Property transactions, Wills and Estate Planning, Small Business representation and Social Security Disability. Our Real Property offerings include representation for purchases, refinances and development as well as general real estate questions. We prepare Wills, Trusts and other estate planning and health care documents. We also administer estates of decedents. Small Business representation includes establishing corporations and limited liability companies and continuing representation for such entities as well as business sales. We engage in Social Security Disability appeals and applications on behalf of clients. Our firm does other matters of general practice, including civil litigation, domestic law, foreclosure work and similar matters.
