Not much of an rv place since everyone lives here full time! The few lots that are open are right besidethe highway which is so LOUD! Then you are besdie the dumpsters... Ha they emptied those at 0430 in the morning! If your looking for Peace & Quiet look somewhere else!!! Try and camp with traffic at yourside making all kinds of noise! For 26.00$ i still would never stay here again!

WHAT a horrid experience - ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!! I stayed there bet.summer /2010 & through the 2011 season. I'm a disabled veteran, single woman & now a writer, so I kept to myself for the most part. No company & I stayed in my unit, to write. In fact, it was mentioned on numerous occasions that I was very quiet & often wasnt even seen for weeks, reason being that when retirees have nothing to do, they tend to gossip. As a former nurse, I know this all too well. It turns out, if you give them nothing to say, they fabricate things & slander you anyway. And mgt, who had appeared to be honest people, were the PRIMARY ones. In fact, when I came out, they passed the NEWS in the park to me. As well, I was told personally by the mgt that certain 'types' werent allowed there. 'No blacks, bi's/gays & certain religions'. I was told that if "THOSE people called they'd simply say, "they were - full" After discovery was made, I was treated horribly by mgt & friends.Dont make the mistake I did.

The most wonderful place to park an rv in North Carolina. They have all of the amenities that are needed and such courteous and helpful managers. It is situated on what was once an apple orchard which now has plenty of shade trees to relax under. It is reasonably priced and located near everything yet in a country atmosphere.
