Visited Fox III today for the first time. Had my hair colored, cut and styled...yes, massage AND conditioner included. The girls are all friendly and we laughed and carried on like I'd been going there for years. My suggestion is to make an appointment rather than try the walk in thing. Appts do and SHOULD come ahead of walk-ins. I usually know ahead of time that my hair needs cut or will soon.

Hey Heather, if you want to give a review, tell the truth. You were a walk in that Chelsea was glad to take after the appt. she was doing at the time. You said you could wait. It is not her problem that you had to go feed your kids, get money and get to Longview to a location that you were unsure of and get a haircut by 12:00 to be in Longview by 1:00. Sounds like you tried to fit in a last minuter haircut in an already too busy day. By the way, you got your money back, to wash our hands clean of you. I use FOX III quite often, and the previous review does no justice for this great salon. My name is Jeffrey Costlow and I have followed the ladies that work at the salon from way back when it was karen and co, to Salon Salon, now to FOX III. They are absolutely wonderful!!!! I won't use anyone else; they are always friendly, professional, and courteous. I would personally recommend this salon to anyone!!!

H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E EXPERIENCE!!! Went in for shampoo cut & style. No massage with wash & no conditioner used. Made me stand up and squat to get a blow dry (and no, I'm not kidding) rather than allowing me to sit in another stylist empty chair since hers was occupied. Then she made me late for an appointment and charged me full price for a style even though my hair mostly air dried I waited so long and she did not style it at all. Will NEVER go back!!!
