Very unprofessional! We ordered dirt and river rock from them and not only were they late but they brought the wrong size river rock! When asked to replace it with the size they wanted they argued on the phone that it was the correct size when it clearly was not. We even compared it to the larger river rock in our backyard and it was the same size. Cindy was who we spoke with and was very unprofessional telling us that we would have to wait another week because they had just shipped out the size we wanted to another person. She also told her manager that the client on the phone was having an argument with her, while we were still on the phone. When we asked to just have the dirt delivered she said that she would charge us another delivery fee. We said nevermind and just refund us for everything and she said that she would have to ask the manager first. The dirt is being delivered but the rock will have to wait until they are ready. They argue on the phone and deliver the wrong
They did not deliver what they said. When we confronted the manager, he refused to honor his agreement. He even went so far as to lie and then hang up on us. I'd use Star Nursery next time.
