  Dr. Jordan Petrosky received his bachelor’s degree with Honors in Biomedical Sciences from the University of South Florida and earned his doctorate degree with Honors at Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry. He completed his residency in Primary Care, Ocular disease and Low Vision at the C.W. Bill Young “Bay Pines” VA Medical Center, one of the busiest VA Eye Clinics in the state of Florida.   Our doctors are board certified optometric physicians, or optometrists, and are not only the expert in refraction and vision problems but are also board certified to diagnose and treat eye disease and prescribe topical and oral antibiotics, antivirals, pain medication and anti-glaucoma medications for the eye, including for the treatment of glaucoma. She is super excited to be back in Florida and is looking forward to building her forever home with her fiancé’ in Parrish, Florida!

Furthermore, eye doctors diagnose and manage diabetic eye disease, macular degeneration and retinal disorders.   Our fee for a comprehensive eye examination is $199.00 – due at the time of service. This includes a computerized vision analysis to determine if you need visual correction, an eye health evaluation including dilating the eye and digital retinal imaging. Contact lens examinations range from $254.00 to $550.00, depending on the type of lenses you require and the complexity of your case. (See explanation below.)
