General Info
         Touro University Nevada was established to help address critical needs in health sciences and education and as a resource for community service in the state of Nevada. A non-profit, private institution affiliated with an international system of higher education, the university opened its doors in 2004. Touro University Nevada is home to more than 1,500 students in a wide range of degree programs in osteopathic medicine, nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, physician assistant studies, camp administration and education. Many of these programs are the first of their kind in the state of Nevada.      The TUN Campus is also home to the Touro University Nevada Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities.      The Center is unique as a multi-disciplinary, one-stop source for diagnostic services, therapy and supportive      resources for families dealing with autism and other developmental disorders.      The University also has a full-service patient clinic, staffed by practicing faculty members and open      to the community. Current services include rheumatology, primary care, geriatrics, osteopathic      manipulative medicine (OMM) and gynecology.
