I have never had a problem with billing errors or wait times. Dr. Batlan has sent me for tests that my other physicians have not ordered. He was one of the reasons they found my diagnosis, beside having a good overall group of doctors. I would recommend him to anyone that needs help with pain/and diagnosis of ongoing problems. He graduated from John Hopkins University and has always wanted to be aware of what the other doctors were doing for my condition.

The doctor is ALWAYS in a rush. The patients complain while waiting a min. of 1 hour after signing in. Always double booking paitients. Have been at the Henderson office until 7PM! Seems more interested in making money. He is VERY pleasant, but needs to pay more attention to patients and the practices of the front office employees who make errors in billing and insurance information.
