The people very helpful, the store very clean, and the store will help with a payment plan. So far we have gotten our livingroom set, a clock, clothes washer and dryer. Thank you!!!

Our daughter had such rave reviews of this store that we decided to shop for a washer & dryer when we moved here last month. Picked out a set and delivery was on schedule; however, since we have a small laundry room they indicated that the dryer would have to be 10 inches from the wall, while the washer could be close. That was not satisfactory, so we asked for the type of vent that allows the dryer to be close to the wall...installer said, we don't carry them on the truck and can't install them. After many phone calls we were told that they would bring the correct vent. When the big truck arrived they had the identical vent. More phone calls & 2 guys came late that evening with the correct vent but no tools for installing it..borrowed my husband's hack saw, cut the metal on my counter on top of my rug and cut it & then said they didn't have alum. tape & borrowed our duct tape to finish the job. Complaints to CEO and store manager in the mail have not been answered to date.

Will never buy another thing from this place. The sales people are like vultures and the delivery people have to be the worst in town.Sat around for over 4 hours and kept getting "The truck should be on it's way 3 times". The truck didn't arrive until 4 hours later. These companies who delivery should realize that people have better things to do than wait on them.

Got bedroom set from these people and was told that it would be either a morning or afternoon delivery. Selected afternoon. Little did I know that these retards have until 11:00pm to deliver what's on their truck. They showed up at 9:30 pm. If it wasn't for the wife I would have told them to shove their bedroom set.

Excellent to do business with. We bought 2 recliners, they delivered on the exact day that they promised that they would. This was about a month ago. Today, we are going back again to shop for tables.

We decided to give RC Willey a shot even though they had bad reviews because the pricing was decent and they were close. We couldn't have made a bigger mistake. Purchasing the item was no problem but delivery was a disaster. Not only did they not make the delivery on time, of which we had to block out a 4 hour time frame for the privilege of having them only deliver for $60, they had some call center rep constantly tell us "Its gonna be a little late" twice. Finally we get a call back and some other clerk says jokingly "The truck broke down". We then rescheduled to the next week and a manager was supposed to call, but never did and the delivery never arrived on the rescheduled date. When we called back in some other call center clerk tried talking in circles saying "You were supposed to call the manager and we never confirmed the delivery". Not only was she extremely rude, she tried to continually talk over us. Rude, incompetent...will NEVER EVER buy from these low class people
